Fresh Tomato Garlic Sauce

- 3 cloves garlic
- 8-10 larger cherry tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Peel and mince 3 cloves of garlic.
Preheat a pan to medium heat and add the oil.
Add the garlic to the skillet. Cook until soft and just starting to colour.
Cut the tomatoes in half and add to the pan. Cook everything down until it is a chunky sauce, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and stir in the balsamic vinegar.
Serve warm.
