Marg's Oven Sautéed Carrots

Simple and delicious carrot side dish.
Prep Time 5 minutes mins
Cook Time 35 minutes mins
- 3-4 large carrots
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 °F (176 °C).
In a pan, that can go in the oven, melt butter.
Peel and chop carrots into sticks.
Add to the pan and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 30 mins. Remove from oven, stir and add cheese.
Return to the oven for 5 mins or until fork tender.
Serve warm
