How to Make Hersey’s Kiss Snowball Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
  2. In a large bowl beat together 2 cups softened butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until light and fluffy. (About 2 minutes)
  3. Add in 4 cups of flour and mix on low until the dough just comes together. (The less you mix the dough the more tender the cookies will be.)

4. Section off about 1 Tablespoon of dough and place an unwrapped chocolate in the centre.

5. Roll the dough into a ball around the chocolate completely encasing it.

6. Place the dough balls on lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated 350 °F (180 °C) oven for 12 minutes or until the bottoms are lightly golden. The tops will still be white.

7. Allow the cookies to cool slightly, until you can handle them.

8. Roll each cookie in a bowl of powdered sugar until well coated.

9. Allow the cookies to cool and the inside chocolate to set before serving.

  • 60 Chocolate candies

Instructions
