  3. In a sauce pot over medium-low heat, stir and melt together 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk, 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, the unsweetened chocolate, 1 teaspoon peppermint extract, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

4. Once the fudge mixture is smooth, transfer to the lined pan.

5. (Optional) Immediately sprinkle on top festive sprinkles or crushed candy canes. Press firmly into the top layer of the fudge.

6. Set aside for 1 to 2 hours or until firm.

7. Remove from the pan and slice into bite-sized cubes.
